You can rent the skis in different shops in Villars. There is one just besides the hotel.
For one day it will cost between CHF 30 and 50 (depending on the kind of skis), it is a little cheaper if you rent directly for several days (for 3 days it will cost between CHF 70 and 120).
The ski lifts for one half-day (from 13h00) is CHF 36.- (add 8.- for the refillable keycard) .
Both the ski rental and the ski lift can be arranged and paid at the reception desk of the hotel the day of your departure.
